Richard Rees provides training in a private boutique gym in Fort Langley helping clients one-on-one to adopt a structured behavioural change program that focuses on lifestyle and weight management through physical activity, nutrition and education necessary to improve and maintain health, fitness, weight and total wellness.


Richard Rees is an ACE certified health coach and personal trainer specializing in: 

Developing custom fitness & wellness programs suited to the individual client.

Training and coaching for cross-country, 5k and 10k races.

Using a wide variety of exercises to keep each session new and interesting including:
